Human Resource System - RS Saiful Anwar Malang

Description

I developed the HRD system for RSSA Malang using Laravel 10, Tailwind Blade, and jQuery, converting HR data from Excel to MySQL, and implementing 8 of the 16 features requested for role-based management.

As a full stack developer, I was responsible for building the HRD Management System for Rumah Sakit Saiful Anwar (RSSA) Malang from the ground up. The project began by converting a comprehensive HR dataset provided in Excel format into a well-structured MySQL database, which served as the foundation for the entire system.

The application was developed using PHP and the Laravel 10 framework, with a user interface designed in Tailwind Blade and jQuery for dynamic functionality. The system supports two main roles: user and admin, with user roles further subdivided based on the user's position within the hospital's HR department.

I successfully implemented 8 of the 16 requested features, which included employee management, attendance tracking, and role-based access control. The system allows for seamless management of HR operations, tailored to the unique needs of RSSA Malang.

My contributions helped streamline HR processes, improve data accuracy, and enhance overall operational efficiency within the hospital. This project was a critical part of modernizing the HR system, making it more accessible and user-friendly for hospital staff.
