Sistem POS Manajemen Web Outlet Rasa Bu Asob

Description

I developed a web-based POS system for Outlet Rasa Bu Asob, enabling seamless order management, stock control, digital payments, and real-time financial reporting, improving operational efficiency.

In 2024, I designed and developed a web-based Point of Sale (POS) management system for Outlet Rasa Bu Asob, a Sundanese restaurant in Sidoarjo. The system was built to optimize restaurant operations, streamlining order management, stock control, and automated transaction tracking.

A key feature of the system is its integration with Xendit, enabling fast and secure digital payments through various methods such as bank transfers, e-wallets, and more. The real-time financial reporting capabilities allow restaurant owners to monitor sales performance efficiently and make informed business decisions.

The system features a responsive user interface, providing ease of access from multiple devices, including desktops, tablets, and smartphones. It supports multi-user roles, ensuring that cashiers, managers, and kitchen staff have the appropriate access rights to maintain data security and smooth operations.

In addition to supporting POS hardware such as receipt printers and barcode scanners, the system is scalable, making it suitable for both small and medium-sized restaurants. The project was completed in collaboration with the client, Kak Nadya, the owner of Outlet Rasa Bu Asob, with the goal of enhancing service speed, operational efficiency, and overall customer experience.

The system was developed and implemented within 6 months, focusing on increasing productivity and simplifying business management processes.
